(-23) AT APPROXIMATELY 8:40 AM, DURING APPROACH INTO TERRELL AIRPORT, PILOT NOTICED NO GREEN LIGHT INDICATING GEAR DOWN. PILOT STATED HE PRESSED LIGHT AND SAW THE LIGHT FLICKER GREEN. PILOT STATED MECHANICAL INDICATOR SHOWED GEAR IN DOWN POSITION. PILOT MADE DECISION TO CONTINUE LANDING UNLESS A GEAR WARNING HORN SOUNDED, THEN PILOT WOULD INITIATE A GO AROUND. LANDING WAS CONTINUED AND SHORTLY BEFORE TOUCHDOWN STALL WARNING AND GEAR WARNING HORNS WERE HEARD. DECISION WAS MADE BY PILOT TO CONTINUE LANDING WITH GEAR UP.
